Team building - Responsible for identifying, supporting recruitment and onboarding team members as per requirement.
Channel Management - Managing existing channel relationships, identifying and building new channels, and ensuring B2B servicing through team members.
Cross sell - Ensuring cross sell targets are met along with targeted sales volumes.
Portfolio management and client servicing - Ensuring quality of portfolio and customer query resolutions.
Managing Ground level activations - Identifying opportunities and events to build brand name and increasing sales volume.
Should be able to effectively understand and train teams for using technology platforms like mobile apps, lead management, and customer relationship software.

An ideal candidate should be a Graduate with flair for sales and marketing
Exposure to local market and Local language is must
3 years of experience in any financial product is desired
Exposure to Mortgage products preferred
