Mr. Gagan Banga is the Vice Chairman and Managing Director and Chief Executive officer of Sammaan Capital Limited (SCL). He holds an MBA in Marketing from Goa Institute of Management. Mr. Banga joined Indiabulls in 2000 and has been with the company for over 23 years and had a challenging and successful career across various businesses and roles and has been a key driver of the success story of Sammaan Capital Limited. Mr. Banga believes meticulous planning is the key to success. His focus on customer service, financial discipline including Asset Liability Management has paved the path for efficient transformation of the company from a promoter driven to a professionally managed company.</br> Since, 2004 as the CEO of Indiabulls Housing Finance Limited he has been instrumental in growing the company to one of the largest HFCs in the country. Under Gagan’s leadership Sammaan Capital Limited today is a lender of considerable size, repute and has a presence in asset classes such as Home Loans, Loans Against Property and Corporate Mortgage Loans.

Mr. Sachin Chaudhary is the Executive Director & Chief Operating Officer of Sammaan Capital Limited (SCL), which was formerly known as Indiabulls Housing Finance Limited. Having joined in 2006, he has been key to Sammaan Capital Limited’s growth and expansion. Mr. Chaudhary has vast experience of over 25 years in the mortgage industry, working with leading banks, NBFCs, and housing finance companies. He has a strong background in the credit function and has demonstrated performance in roles spanning from Credit Manager to National Credit Head. Prior to joining Sammaan Capital Limited, Sachin's career included positions at industry heavyweights such as ICICI Bank, Dewan Housing Finance Limited, and GE Money. Sachin was part of the launch of Home Loans at ICICI Bank in 2000 and was instrumental in setting up ICICI Bank’s Home Loans business in Punjab, Haryana, Himachal Pradesh, and Chandigarh. Sachin holds an MBA degree with a specialization in Finance.

Mr. Mukesh Garg has been the Chief Financial Officer of SCL for over 16 years and has over 35 years of industry experience. He is responsible for the overall financial and business planning, performance monitoring, financial forecasting and analysis, taxation and cash flow management. He is also involved in process improvement and formulation of standard operating procedures, result declaration and auditing of balance sheet, governance and control issues ensuring statutory compliance. Prior to Sammaan Capital Limited he was with Bharti Group as their Chief Financial Officer for Bharti Telesoft Limited. His noticeable assignments at Bharti included negotiating international agreements on business issues with clients like Nokia, Ericson, France Telecom and MTS Russia. He has also successfully secured a Venture Capital Funding of $ 13.5 Mn while at Bharti. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Delhi University and has a Chartered Accountant (All India Rank 7) and Company Secretary Qualification.

Mr. Ramnath Shenoy has a total of 23 years of experience of which over 17 years have been in the retail lending business. He has been heading the Analytics unit since joining in 2007, and also heads Investor Relations for the company. Prior to SCL, he was employed with ICICI Bank, where he headed the retail loan analytics team and the retail products cross-sell team. He has also worked with Standard Chartered Bank in their retail products division. Ramnath is an engineering graduate from the National Institute of Technology, Surathkal, Post Graduate in Business Management from XLRI, Jamshedpur and is a Fellow of the Institute of Actuaries (FIA)

Mr. Ashwin Mallick is the Treasury Head of SCL. He has over 23 years of work experience in retail financial services, mortgage business and wealth management and has over 11 years of experience with SCL. Prior to SCL, he has worked with Citibank, HSBC and Aviva. Ashwin was the Regional Director, responsible for sales originations through various channels, at Aviva. He was last designated as the Senior Vice President at Citibank. He was responsible for wealth management, branch banking business. He was the Associate Vice President at HSBC, managing the DSA for the mortgage business in Delhi NCR, and was also responsible for developer relationships. He holds a Masters degree in Business Administration from Faculty of Management Studies, Delhi.

Mr. Rajiv Gandhi is the Managing Director and CEO on the Board at Sammaan Finserve Limited (SFL). He has over 29 years of work experience accumulated across the industry and has been with the company for over 17 years. He is a founder member of SFL (formerly known as Indiabulls Commercial Credit Limited). Prior joining the company, he was associated with Nicholas Piramal India Limited, Birla Home Finance Limited and Birla Sunlife Insurance Limited. He holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration from the Faculty of Management Studies, Mohnalal Sukhadia University, Udaipur.

Mr. M S Walia is the Director Sales- DST for Mortgage business at 'SCL'. He has over 26 years of retail and SME lending experience during which he held regional and national level roles within sales, credit and collections. He has exposure to all aspects of retail banking operations, including business development, resource mobilisation, credit control and collections & operations. He has been associated with the company for over 17 years. Prior to SCL, he worked with Standard Chartered Bank for 5 years. M S Walia's last held position was the Zonal Head (SME) at Standard Chartered Bank. He was responsible for the development of a business plan for the Southern region, and also monitoring DSR productivity, portfolio behaviour. He worked with Apple Finance spanning for couple of years and was responsible for business generation, branch management and credit appraisal of proposals. He holds a Masters degree in Business Administration.

Mr. Somil Rastogi is currently designated as Chief Compliance Officer of the company and was previously associated as the Credit Head for retail mortgage business at SCL. He has been with the company for over 17 years and has over 23 years of industry experience. After completing his Masters in Commerce and Masters in Business Administration , Somil started his career with Birla Global Finance Ltd managing Auto Loan underwriting and was instrumental in setting Consumer Finance business. He then worked for RBG Industries as Assistant Manager in Mergers and Acqusitions and had worked towards disinvestment of HZL and CSC Computers. From 2002 to 2007 he was with ICICI Bank Limited and last designated as Regional Business Head managing Mortgages credit , sales , collections.

Mr. Naveen Uppal has over 26 years of experience in operations, audit and credit risk within the finance industry. He has been associated with the Company for over 17 years and presently designated as Chief Risk Officer. In the past Mr. Uppal has also managed the Operations department of the Company. Prior to his association with the Company, he was associated with ICICI Bank as its Zonal Operations Head. In his previous assignments at ICICI Bank he has designed various systems to achieve optimum efficiency. He has handled various projects like ‘LEAN’ & ‘Project Integrate’ and overseen their implementation in retail lending processing shop at ICICI Bank.

Mr. Shailesh Yadav is the Collections Head of mortgage business at SCL. He has over 26 years of corporate experience. He has been with the company for over 14 years. Prior to that, he has worked with ICICI Bank for 9 years. He was product head (mortgages, commercial business) there. Shailesh was managing NPAs, Monitoring & Controlling delinquency, Compliance & Audit, Managing Credit losses for housing loans & commercial business. He was managing a delinquenct book size of over Rs. 18,000 Crs. He has also worked with Standard Chartered Finance, Lloyds Finance Limited in different department departments. He was responsible for credit appraisal, delinquency management, operation, assets sale etc. He holds a Masters degree in Business Administration.

Ms. Niharika G Bhardwaj is the Chief Human Resources Officer at SCL and has been with the company for over 7 years now. She brings with her a keen focus on business enablement within people related interventions, thus driving productivity and efficiency to achieve both employee and customer delight. With more than 20 years of experience in industries such as Mortgage, Information Technology and Insurance, she has a rich experience in all areas of Human Resources. Prior to SCL she has worked as Human Resource Director at Polaris where she was instrumental in the change management during the Polaris Virtusa merger and had also worked with BhartiAxa. She holds a Masters degree in Business Economics.

Mr. Hemal Zaveri is the Head, Banking at SCL and has over 6 years experience with the company. He has an overall 24 years of rich industry experience in Treasury, Forex, Risk Management and Financial Planning and Analysis. Prior to 'SCL' he has worked with Tata Teleservices, Future Group, Star India Private limited, Cellucom and H & R Johnson Limited [Now Prism Cement]. He was last designated as Head Treasury and Risk management at Tata Teleservives. Prior to that he headed Treasury for Retail business of Future Group and was part of core team managing M & A, Equity fund raising and Structured finance deals. At Star India [Part of erstwhile Newscorp, USA], Cellucom and H & R Johnson he has worked across various finance verticals with key expertise in Financial Planning & Analysis, Treasury and Risk Management. Hemal is a Qualified Chartered Accountant and CIA [IIA, USA] with 24 years post qualification experience and has been awarded as Professional Achiever for year 2014 by Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.

V Vijay Kiran is National Business Manager - Credit in SCL, which was formerly known as Indiabulls Housing Finance Limited. He has over 14 years of vintage with the company having joined in 2010 as Zonal Business Head. He has a total experience of 29 years in Mortgage Industry having earlier worked in Can Fin Homes Ltd., ABN AMRO Ltd. and ICICI Bank Ltd. with experience in both Sales and Credit. Vijay Kiran holds Masters Degree in Commerce from Kerala University.

Mr. Sunil Kumar Gupta is the National Business Manager -DSA, Sales for mortgage business and has been associated with the company for over 16 years. He has toal experience of over 22 years across all aspects of retail banking operations, including business development, resource mobilisation, credit control, risk, collections & operations. Prior ro joining SCL he was Chief Risk Officer in GE Money. He is a Chartered Accountant by qualification and graduate in commerce background from Delhi University.

Mr. Niraj Tyagi is the Head of Legal and brings an experience of over 30 years in the legal and compliance domain having worked with groups like Bharti, Atlas, Sakura and Cezario. He holds MBA from the Institute of Management Technology (IMT), Ghaziabad and bachelor’s degrees in commerce and law from Meerut University and CCS University, respectively and a master’s degree in commerce from CCS University, Meerut.

Mr. Nitin Arora heads the contact centre and have been associated with the company for over 6 years. With overall 20 years of experience in the BFSI sector, he brings extensive expertise in managing contact centre and digital sales operations from his tenure at HDFC Bank, Citibank, Kotak Life Insurance, and Tata Mutual Fund. He has excelled in modernizing traditional customer service and cross-selling channels, leveraging digital solutions to efficiently engage a large retail customer base while ensuring top-notch customer satisfaction. He holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration

Mr. Amit Chaudhari is the Head of Commercial Credit and is associated with the company since 2013. He possesses 8 years of prior experience with HDFC limited in both retail and wholesale lending. He holds MBA from Sydenham Institute of Management, Mumbai University.

Mr. Mukesh Chaliha is associated with the company for last 3 years and heads Operations function. He is responsible for the overall retail operations, covers management of complete life cycle of customer loans and compliances. He is also involved in process improvement, formulation of standard operating procedures and benchmarking with industry. He has overall 25 years of industry experience. Prior to Sammaan Capital Limited he has worked with DHFL, Reliance Capital, ICICI Bank & Tata Finance. He holds degree in MBA Finance
