Job Description
Responsibilities
- Acquisition of new customers for home loan and LAP.
- Lead Generation through Direct marketing / Market players.
- Team building - Responsible for identifying, supporting recruitment and onboarding team members as per requirement.
- Channel Management - Managing existing channel relationships, identifying and building new channels, and ensuring B2B servicing through team members.
- Cross sell - Ensuring cross sell targets are met along with targeted sales volumes.
- Portfolio management and client servicing - Ensuring quality of portfolio and customer query resolutions.
- Managing Ground level activations - Identifying opportunities and events to build brand name and increasing sales volume.
- Should be able to effectively understand and train teams for using technology platforms like mobile apps, lead management, and customer relationship software.
Skills
- An ideal candidate should be a Graduate with flair for sales and marketing
- Exposure to local market and Local language is must
- 3 years of experience in any financial product is desired
- Exposure to Mortgage products preferred
- Sales and Influencing Skills
- Banking Product & Process Knowledge
- Planning and Organizing Skills
- Good Communication Skills
- Knowledge of Competition & Current trends in financial Industry
- Problem solving skills
- Decision making
Experiences
- 3 years of experience in any financial product is desired.
