Job Description
Responsibilities
  • Acquisition of new customers for home loan and LAP.
  • Lead Generation through Direct marketing / Market players.
  • Team building - Responsible for identifying, supporting recruitment and onboarding team members as per requirement.
  • Channel Management - Managing existing channel relationships, identifying and building new channels, and ensuring B2B servicing through team members.
  • Cross sell - Ensuring cross sell targets are met along with targeted sales volumes.
  • Portfolio management and client servicing - Ensuring quality of portfolio and customer query resolutions.
  • Managing Ground level activations - Identifying opportunities and events to build brand name and increasing sales volume.
  • Should be able to effectively understand and train teams for using technology platforms like mobile apps, lead management, and customer relationship software.
Skills
  • An ideal candidate should be a Graduate with flair for sales and marketing
  • Exposure to local market and Local language is must
  • 3 years of experience in any financial product is desired
  • Exposure to Mortgage products preferred
  • Sales and Influencing Skills
  • Banking Product & Process Knowledge
  • Planning and Organizing Skills
  • Good Communication Skills
  • Knowledge of Competition & Current trends in financial Industry
  • Problem solving skills
  • Decision making
Experiences
  • 3 years of experience in any financial product is desired.
