Loan Against Property Processing Fees & Charges
Sammaan Capital features competitive one-time processing fees for home loan approval. Additional charges include transactional handling fees for balance transfer or resale, dishonor charges, late payment charges, retrieval charges, and charges for specific activities related to original property documents.
